Scrum Basics

The course teaches the basics of the Scrum Framework. After this training you will understand the Scrum process and know the purpose of roles, artifacts and events. The training is aimed at all those who want to learn more about the Scrum Framework.

Prerequisites

Scrum Basics builds on the learning content of the course Agile Basics. Their visit or basic knowledge of agile Methods are recommended.

Diploma

This 2-days Scrum Training is based on the contents of the Scrum Guide. Participants receive a certificate of attendance.

Trainer

The training is conducted by trainers from avega IT AG. We are certified Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Scrum Professionals, SAFe Program Consultants and Kanban Management Professionals with many years of practical experience in agile environments.
